Un blend inaspettato

The Ferri family has been growing grapes and making wine since the start of the 20th century in the agricultural area of Adelfia, in the province of Bari. In the 1970s they moved near Valenzano where they built their current winery and cellars, which can hold up to some 6,000 hectoliters, not far from the 11th century Romanesque abbey of Ognissanti di Cuti. They mostly work with native grapes like Primitivo, Negroamaro, Nero di Troia, Bombino Nero and Bianco, Verdeca and Moscato but also cultivate and make wines from Chardonnay, Garganega, Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano and Sangiovese.
