The Soave Classico Fonte by Canoso, now and later
The Fonte 2016 by Canoso winery is an already pleasant Soave Classico but that will get even better with some rest in the bottle.
Active since the second half of the 19th century, Canoso makes wine from grapes from land they own in the classic Soave zone, including the cru Boschetti and Ca’ del Vento. They have a total of just over 15 hectares in all and the 40,000 bottles they produce a year represent all the characteristics the area has to offer. Their elegant style brings out the qualities Garganega and the other white varietals that the eastern side of the Verona province produces.
