The Extravirgin Olive Oil Ottobratico Dolciterre by Sorelle Garzo is a light fruity oil with a nicily balanced bitterness and spiciness.

Founded in the second part of the last century by Pietro Garzo, this farm is run today by the second generation of the family, who follows the whole production chain, making use of advanced technology.

The olives come from the olive groves in Seminara, covering 47 hectares with 4,500 trees. In the last harvest 3,000 quintals of olives were produced and crushed, with a yield of about 491 hectolitres of oil. There are two Extra Virgin selections Dolciterre, the "basic" and the Monocultivar Ottobratico, which we recommend.
