Intini Bio, evo oil from Coratina variety
The extra virgin olive oil Bio from Intini farm is a Coratina single variety from organic farming, intense fruity, full and round.
Another very good result for Olio Intini, a farm that can boast a long family tradition of almost 90 years. Today it is run by Pietro, a passionate descendant and careful taster, who manages 8 hectares of land with 2,000 trees and an advanced extraction system.
In the last harvest 400 quintals of olives were produced and 3,000 purchased, with a yield of about 328 hectoliters of oil.
There are four Extra Virgin selections, Affiorato , the two very good Intini, Olivastro and Cima di Mola , and the excellent Intini Bio from organic farming.
